Home and Kitchen is the smallest section by item count but not by weight — literally. A solid oak coat rack, raw cast iron trivets and an unglazed stoneware crock all sit here because they're chosen for one property: they hold up to being used, set down hard, and used again the next day. What this category doesn't carry

No non-stick anything. Coatings scratch and flake inside two years of normal use, and we'd rather not sell something we know we'll be replacing under the guarantee before the year is out. No plastic storage anything either — the enamel canisters above are the one storage item on the list, and they're steel.
